保持正確的姿態

接聽電話過程中應該始終保持正確的姿勢。一般情況下,當人的身體稍微下沉,丹田受到壓迫時容易導致丹田的聲音無法發出;大部分人講話所使用的是胸腔,這樣容易口乾舌燥,如果運用丹田的聲音,不但可以使聲音具有磁性,而且不會傷害喉嚨。

因此,保持端坐的姿勢,尤其不要趴在桌面邊緣,這樣可以使聲音自然、流暢和動聽。此外,保持笑臉也能夠使來電者感受到你的愉悅。
