1950年 GALFER品牌誕生於義大利的都靈。致力於汽車售後市場設計和製造高品質的剎車片。GALFER擁有超過68年的剎車片研發和生產經驗，提供多種型號主機品質的剎車片，高質量標准和安全是我們一切工作的宗旨。目前公司為賓士、寶馬、奧迪、保時捷、瑪莎拉蒂、路虎、沃爾沃、大眾等主機廠提供原車配套剎車片。
品牌發展歷程：
1950年GALFER品牌誕生於義大利的都靈，由兩位工程師GALLO先生和FERRO先生創立，而GALFER的名稱也由此而來，由兩位創立人名字的前3個字母共同組成。
1962年位於義大利Barge的工廠開業。
1977年ITT（埃梯梯）集團收購GALFER並為當時ITT旗下的制動部門生產售後剎車片。
1984年GALFER擴展主機配套業務，並在德國法蘭克福開設了辦事處。
1987年作為全球領先的剎車片供應商，GALFER研發了全球第一個無石棉的剎車片配方。
1990年第二家工廠在義大利泰爾莫利開業。
1997年ITT收購義大利背板供應商，以確保產品供應鏈的高質量和穩定性（現在ITTFINEBLANKING）。
2009年ITTFriction開設在捷克的Ostrava的新工廠，生產各種剎車片。
2012年ITT（無錫埃梯梯）開始在中國投產GALFER制動片，並為大眾、奧迪、寶馬、通用、VOLVO、福特、哈弗等國內外知名汽車廠商配套制動片。
